Outstanding customer support

My hair straighteners unexpectedly stopped functioning. Given that they had a 5-year guarantee and were only 2 years old, I reached out to the support team for guidance. After speaking with a representative, I received an email detailing the information required. I sent the information as instructed. I initially called late Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday morning, I had an email confirming that the straighteners would be replaced at no cost. I received the replacement on Wednesday morning. Absolutely fantastic!
