My straighteners, purchased 2½ years ago, malfunctioned. Since they were under a 5-year guarantee, I contacted the company with the required details. I received a swift reply asking for additional information and photos of the item. Even though I replied after hours, by 9:30 AM the next day, I was informed that a replacement set was being sent, along with instructions for returning the faulty item and a prepaid postage label. Truly exceptional service. 10/10. Thank you very much. Others could learn from this experience.

My hair straighteners unexpectedly stopped functioning. Given that they had a 5-year guarantee and were only 2 years old, I reached out to the support team for guidance. After speaking with a representative, I received an email detailing the information required. I sent the information as instructed. I initially called late Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday morning, I had an email confirming that the straighteners would be replaced at no cost. I received the replacement on Wednesday morning. Absolutely fantastic!
They have serious problems with payment processing! I ordered over $500 worth of items, but checked my bank account to find three charges totaling over $1000. When I called, I was told these were soft holds that would fall off in 2 days. This would be manageable if everyone had unlimited funds, but now they have over $500 of my money tied up in my account for at least 2 days, probably longer with the weekend approaching. I've never encountered such a payment issue in my 36 years. They need to improve their payment processing methods. It's unacceptable.
The advertised product, while visually appealing, is likely to fail due to its high price. I believe this product could excel in a lucrative market, but I can't justify trying it at £60. The cost per shave just doesn't make sense! If it were half the price, I would consider it, but at this rate, I won't. Until then, other shaving product brands will continue to dominate the market and meet men's basic shaving needs. £60 is too much; £30 might be acceptable!
The customer support from this company is the best I've experienced in a long time! They take ownership of their products and prioritize customer care. Such exemplary service fosters brand loyalty, which is sadly lacking in many companies today. I love my product and was disappointed when I couldn't find a spare part for my plug. Thanks to them, I now have it on the way! Bravo to the company! They offer some of the best products on the market with customer service to match!
