Well what can I say? 100% satisfaction!! Well done!

Well what can I say?! Customer service from BaByliss is how it should be done! 10/10! My hair straighteners had gone wrong after nearly 3 years of use. I presumed they would have only had a one year guarantee but when I looked it was 3 years! I asked my relative if they had the receipt as it was a present and they did! I contacted BaByliss customer support fully expecting them to say they couldn't do anything but they asked a few questions and for proof of purchase etc and now I have a brand new hair straightener on its way to me with a six month extended guarantee! Both Inge and Sandra from the customer services department were superb - exemplifying how customer service should be - very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate and all sorted via email within a matter of a few days - they even gave me a choice of what model I would prefer!! Outstanding service! Most other firms could learn a lot from your example!! Keep up the good work it was definitely appreciated!!
