My husband purchased professional grade clippers from BaByliss for cutting his own hair. It was their premium pro gold clippers for $250. The blade has a defect and cracked down the middle. I called their customer service and the first lady i spoke with was kind, but when I was transferred to a supervisor, she was rude and hung up on me. We have only had the clippers two years and they only made it a year and a half. I called hoping to get help, but they didn’t care . I shouldn’t have wasted my time calling and should have just thrown them away. My husband purchased them because they are meant for barber shops for thousands of uses, so he assumed it would be the last pair he would need for many years. What a disappointment!
