Lost a loyal customer

My husband purchased professional grade clippers from BaByliss for cutting his own hair. It was their premium pro gold clippers for $250. The blade has a defect and cracked down the middle. I called their customer service and the first lady i spoke with was kind, but when I was transferred to a supervisor, she was rude and hung up on me. We have only had the clippers two years and they only made it a year and a half. I called hoping to get help, but they didn’t care . I shouldn’t have wasted my time calling and should have just thrown them away. My husband purchased them because they are meant for barber shops for thousands of uses, so he assumed it would be the last pair he would need for many years. What a disappointment!

Terrible customer service

I bought the super x metal series 15 in 1 trimmer from amazon. The product comes in 2 colour variations. I liked the gold/blue so went for that. The black/silver version is the same price and is named on the babyliss website as the 'super x metal series 15 in 1 trimmer' also so any reasonable person would think it's just the same trimmer in a different colour. The blue/gold came with a travel bag for it which is fine but the silver/black is pictured with a charging dock that would also hold the magnetic trimmer heads that come with it. This looks good in pictures and would look good in the bathroom. However, when the tray arrived from babyliss, I was left bemused since the usb charging cable that came with my trimmer didn't fit the charging port on the tray. I contacted babyliss and they said that although they look the same they have a different connection for charging. There is absolutely nothing on their product descriptions to say these are different or have a different connection type for charging. The spares and accessories page does not indicate they are not compatible in any way either. The customer service advisor just said 'there's nothing i can do, I'll pass on your feedback'. What a terrible customer experience. I won't be buying from them again.

No customer service or warranty

They do not have a customer service they do not accept complaints of any kind even if their product is a manufacturing fault so no warranty is valid here. I just hope as many as possible see this so they stay away from Babyliss products. As i do own a fair share of Babyliss products and always been happy with the quality this will be my last buy from them due to the lack of professionalism and service.

A pretty good hair dryer I got here

A pretty good hair dryer I got here, and the only minus of it is that its' a bit heavy. If you have short hari, it's ok, but long,. its a bit heavy :DLike the drier itself is high quality and I have it for like maybe 4 years and it's still working fine, and I didn't fix it or anything. On mine I like function like when it gets too hot it starts doing a bit warm air too. XD

Babybliss pro

The battery and charger were bought online 3/24/25 and they are crap. As of now 07/05/25 at less than 4 months old, neither work and I double checked by putting the battery in a coworkers charger and one of her batteries in my charger. Both are definitely bad. Called babybisspro and support said these are parts and are not covered. I’ll never pay for this POS ever again. I’ll be going to another brand. That Babybliss trimmer I was about to replace. Not happening!!!

The Worst Customer Service

The Worst Customer Service. I have called 5 times and left them a message to call me My travel hairdryer is dead. Yes they call back and then the line cuts off. Ive sent email requesting a new dryer........Have you heard from them? I haven't. Don't buy from this company.

Terrible customer service

Never received shipping email. Waited two weeks, was told product was delivered two days earlier and that it was my responsibility to reach out to them for a tracking number even though in the initial confirmation email and on their website it says you will receive a second one with shipping details. Proof of delivery from UPS is a blurry photo of a box that doesn’t show an address sitting in a mail room and of course wasn’t there when I went to get it. My buzzer number was in my address, there was no excuse not to contact me. Babyliss refuses to refund or send a replacement 2.5 months later after following up with them weekly as they are allegedly waiting for UPS to finish investigating themselves.

I bought this online in November got it…

I bought this online in November got it under 50euro but it's not great it takes ages to dry my hair no power in it at all I've made so many mistakes buying hairdryers and yet another one Im not saying babyliss is not a good brand as my friend has another type and it's better so in future I'll need to really do my research as I've hone through 4 or 5 hairdryers.

I had a problem with my curling tongs

I had a problem with my curling tongs. The customer service team resolved my problem immediately. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful.I am so incredibly surprised and impressed. Absolutely first class service. Many thanks Elizabeth Garnish xx
