The battery and charger were bought online 3/24/25 and they are crap. As of now 07/05/25 at less than 4 months old, neither work and I double checked by putting the battery in a coworkers charger and one of her batteries in my charger. Both are definitely bad. Called babybisspro and support said these are parts and are not covered. I’ll never pay for this POS ever again. I’ll be going to another brand. That Babybliss trimmer I was about to replace. Not happening!!!
