Never received shipping email. Waited two weeks, was told product was delivered two days earlier and that it was my responsibility to reach out to them for a tracking number even though in the initial confirmation email and on their website it says you will receive a second one with shipping details. Proof of delivery from UPS is a blurry photo of a box that doesn’t show an address sitting in a mail room and of course wasn’t there when I went to get it. My buzzer number was in my address, there was no excuse not to contact me. Babyliss refuses to refund or send a replacement 2.5 months later after following up with them weekly as they are allegedly waiting for UPS to finish investigating themselves.
