I reached out to them regarding my order and am waiting for a response. "Hello, I just got an email saying my order has shipped. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. The items were specifically bought for a baby shower on January 10, 2026. I ordered expecting them to arrive on time, based on your delivery promises. They did not. In fact, mine were the only gifts that didn't arrive. Sending the order after the baby shower defeats the purpose of the purchase. I want an explanation for the missed delivery timeframe and how you plan to resolve this. At minimum, I request compensation or a refund, as the order no longer serves its purpose. I would also like something extra, like a gift card for the expectant parents as an apology for the lack of gifts. Please respond quickly with a solution. This has been very disappointing, and I hope you will take responsibility and address it properly."
