The items were specifically bought for a baby shower on January 10, 2026, and I expected them to arrive on time based on your delivery promises. Unfortunately, they did not. My gifts were the only ones that didn’t arrive, undermining the purpose of the purchase. I would like an explanation for the missed delivery timeframe and how you plan to resolve this. At minimum, I request compensation or a refund, as the order no longer serves its purpose. Additionally, I would appreciate something extra, like a gift card for the expectant parents as an apology for the lack of gifts. Please respond quickly with a solution. This has been very disappointing, and I hope you will take responsibility and address it properly."

Our experience with the service was terrible, especially when we needed reliable support the most: during the birth of our newborn. We spent a significant amount on a baby monitor, but received only half of the product — the screen was sent without the camera. After contacting them, they acknowledged the mistake but chose the slowest shipping method for the replacement, which then got lost. We urgently needed the monitor after our baby’s arrival, but they refused to expedite a replacement. It became clear that they do not prioritize the needs of parents or fixing their errors in a timely manner. Additionally, any cash contributions to funds on their platform cannot be withdrawn for other uses, forcing you to buy from their limited selection. If you need reliability and support, I strongly advise avoiding this service.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I bought a bottle sterilizer from my registry, and shortly after, the price dropped. I expected a simple price adjustment, which most retailers handle with ease. Instead, they insisted I return the heavy item and repurchase it at the new price. At 39 weeks pregnant, asking me to return a bulky box just to receive a credit is unreasonable and shows a lack of consideration for expectant parents who rely on their services for convenience. I regret choosing this service for my registry, as their policies made a straightforward experience unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Avoid this service at all costs. We ordered a gift for a shower, and it took three weeks to deliver — but they sent it to us instead of the intended recipient. When we contacted them, they first said we had to return the heavy box ourselves, which is not feasible for us as seniors. They eventually agreed to arrange for a pickup. I also had trouble with the gift card process, leading to further frustration. The customer service was inadequate, and I am still waiting for updates on the package pickup.
I purchased a crib, but upon assembly, found it missing parts. They directed me to contact the manufacturer, even though I explained it was sold out everywhere. They insisted on waiting for the manufacturer’s response, despite knowing there was no solution. A quicker resolution would have been to refund or offer a different crib, rather than leaving me without a sleeping solution for my daughter.
I bought a gift through this service but couldn’t cancel it when I realized it was being sent to me instead of the expectant parents. Their confirmation stated cancellations could be made within 45 minutes, but the link just led me back to the same page in an endless loop. When I contacted customer support, they suggested either refusing the delivery or returning it, which was not helpful. They need a functional online cancellation process.
I would give a zero-star rating if possible. I wish I had known how limiting this service is before setting up Group Gifting. Contributions from friends become store credit that cannot be cashed out. If better sales occur elsewhere, you’re stuck using their store credit instead of getting the best deal. They also don’t match prices, leaving you stuck with potentially higher costs. The completion discount only applies to certain items and has exclusions. I learned the hard way that Group Gifting limits flexibility. I won’t use this service again.
