I reached out to them regarding my order and am still waiting for a reply. "Hello, I just received an email saying my order has shipped. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. The items were specifically bought for a baby shower on January 10, 2026, and I expected them to arrive on time based on your delivery promises. Unfortunately, they did not. My gifts were the only ones that didn’t arrive, undermining the purpose of the purchase. I would like an explanation for the missed delivery timeframe and how you plan to resolve this. At minimum, I request compensation or a refund, as the order no longer serves its purpose. Additionally, I would appreciate something extra, like a gift card for the expectant parents as an apology for the lack of gifts. Please respond quickly with a solution. This has been very disappointing, and I hope you will take responsibility and address it properly."
