Appalling online service.Placed an order from this website 10 days ago. I was informed that delivery would be between 7 to 10 working days. I hadn’t been updated of any progress of my order on the 9Th day so I telephoned customer services for more information. That evening I received an email stating that my order was now with YODEL. For the next 2 days there was no further update from Baby Planet or YODEL. I had no option to call customer services once again to ask what was happening to my order. Then came the email. ‘ Dear valued customer. We have just been notified that the order you placed is no longer in stock’.I was very upset and very angry as I required this order quietly urgently. 1) wasn’t informed that my order was not in stock when the took my payment.2) why was I given a tracking number from YODEL when the order hadn’t even left the warehouse. I shall never use or recommend this website to anyone with this appalling customer service. Shame on you BABY PLANET
