Poor service. Ordered a wardrobe in December 2025 but only part of the order arrived in in January

Poor service.

Ordered a wardrobe in December 2025 but only part of the order arrived in in January 2026. That was 4 weeks ago. 8 calls to Baby Planet later, I am still awaiting the rest of the wardrobe; I can't build it or sell it so I am somewhat stuck.

Last week I was told the delivery would be 13th February. I call up today to check and the Spare Parts team tell me that I was given false information by Chenai in the sales team. Ultimately it seems like the teams aren't joined up.

Would recommend avoiding this company.

Terrible Experience all round!
Ordered, delivered a couple bits of it a few days later. Had to chase and chase to get the rest. They couldnt care less. Other bits arrived weeks later in a box that looked like it had been dragged here. Unsurprisingly it was broken, when i went back to them again they just fobbed me off to Mummas and Papas to get it sorted with them. Cant advice you enough, go direct to M&P, its more expensive but atleast you get the item, in good time and in one piece.

One of the worst customer experiences…

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve hadI purchased a car seat for my child at the start of the year, after she grew too big for her seat. I was given an initial 7-10 days turnaround for delivery, after 7 days I emailed to check as I hadn’t received a dispatch note, I was informed of delays and I expressed the urgency in my needing a car seat for my child. It’s now 3 weeks and I am still yet to receive my item. I have emailed customer services to request updates and have received little to no response. I received one response of them suggesting an alternative which may still be in stock. I am yet to receive an update despite accepting this 10 days ago. I purchased an item which on the website clearly stated the product was in stock, allowed me to purchase this and wait the described turnaround time. I fail to understand why I am waiting for a response and I am the one having to chase, I have received no proactive response from this company. I am appall

Lovely team at the Leicester branch, very helpful and friendly. Answered all our questions and guided us towards the best travel set for us… we came in lost and viewed quite a few different travel sets.

Will take your money and not deliver

A month has now passed and no sign of delivery and our request for a refund is being ignored. We were contacted to say that the courier did not collect the crib we ordered but that they would arrange for special delivery Saturday 24th Jan - the weekend came and passed and of course no delivery and no acknowledgement of our request for a refund. Over £100 of our money is being held that we need back to purchase a crib from another supplier.

Terrible company

Ordered our moses basket over 2 weeks ago, online saying delivery within 10 days to 2 weeks. Literally heard nothing from the company after ordering. Sent an email to find out when it was coming, no reply. Spent an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone to be told the item is out of stock and they dont know when they will get more. The items I ordered are still being advertised on their website with the same 10 days to 2 week delivery. Requested a refund and finally got this today. Luckily I have time before my baby is due otherwise id have been left without a moses basket. Pregnancy is stressful enough without having to worry about issues like this!!!

Total SCAM this website

Total SCAM this website. Placed an order 2-3 weeks ago. Emailed them a few days ago for an update as I have heard nothing was told it was delayed and to wait another week then today they email me saying the product is not available?! They have taken my money gained interest off it for nearly a month and now left me with nothing. I now need to try and pursue a refund that will likely take another week and then go to a reputable website to purchase the same product. Don’t touch them. Look at the other reviews this is a wide spread issue they are a total SCAM! Shop elsewhere.
