We ordered a Moses basket on the 2nd of September which was free delivery 1 a 3 working days. After 7 days I hadn’t heared anything so I decided to try and contact the company, after numerous phone calls and emails with nothing back I finally had a message back 11 days later! Only to find out that the item ‘was not in stock’ and they were waiting for the manufacturer to send it to them. Long story short - today 18th of September I finally got a refund. Do yourself a favour and use someone else! This company is DOG SH!T
