Lucy was very helpful at the baby show, we were on the Maxi-Cosi stand looking to purchase the swing, Lucy was very polite, talkative and helpful, she shown a genuine interest in us and the products we were buying, she had extensive product knowledge and was very helpful. We also purchased our Mamas and Papas furniture and iCandy pram from the show with Lucy because of how helpful she was!
