Old review- We purchased a pram from Babyplanet while at the Baby Show Excel. The team was very knowledgeable and helped with any questions or concerns they had. They knew their products well and always had a smile on their faces. Ordering the pram was very easy and we was told they would contact us to arrange a delivery date which was good for us. Over all very happy experience and can't wait for it to be delivered!New review- after the experience we have had with getting our order i will never be ordering from baby planet again. Took months for our order to come. We booked our delivery in and they never came. We called the office and was on hold nearly 1h and still no answer so gave up. Called the next day and they said they tried to contact us 2 weeks prior. We had no missed calls or emails. Arranged a new date which was weeks later and they delivered it to the wrong address which was 5h away! Then said we told that address when it was their team who input the information for us. Why would we give them an address for 5h away! They said this was the only one in stock and said they only knew it was delivered to the wrong place because the person who took the parcel phoned them and said he never ordered a pram. So if that kind man wouldn't have phoned them they wouldn't have even known it wasn't delivered to the right address. When the pram eventually arrived there was 3 parts of the pram which was either chipped or not the correct shape. Have been emailing them since which has been going on for 2 weeks now and still hasn't been resolved. Over all the team at the show was great! But overall would never use this company again. Oh and asked for a discount because of the problems we have had and they said they won't do that.
