I ordered a Britax Max safe pro seat off this website. It arrived quickly but it was clear once I installed it there was an issue with the straps.I first reported the issue on the 21st Feb and requested a refund, and it took until the 13th March (with several chases) to get the money back. Luckily I was able to use my old seat with my kid - but if not this would have meant weeks with an unsafe seat. The communication was very poor.Further to this. I reported to them that I’d used a bank card on their site that hadn’t been used anywhere else and my details were frauded - they never even commented on this when I contacted them. I can’t conclusively say it was via their site but would encourage all customers to use PayPal and not enter your bank details directly. I don’t think their payment gateway is secure.Disappointing all round. Terrible seat, poor service and not safe payment gateway. Would never use again.
