DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Not only have I spent over £1000, my pram was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I waited in from 8am-6pm as requested and nothing! No email, no call, no delivery. Nothing! So i have tried to contact the department this morning and spent 45 minutes sat on hold at the first in the queue for nobody to answer. My emails will not be responded to for atleast 48 hours and there is no other method of contact available. POOR customer service and playing around with people’s money and the travel systems that have been paid for IN FULL!!!!!! Please don’t waste your time with this company, the deals can be found elsewhere.
