I put in an order on 16th December. I received a confirmation with no delivery information, once I checked the website it said 1 to 3 working days so I sent a polite email. Got a very rude reply saying “as per my order confirmation it will take 7 to 10 working days” I then politely pointed out that Chenai who emailed me was wrong in saying I had received this information and so that they could better inform other customers that it’s 1 to 3 working days. I’ve had no reply or apology. I also wouldn’t have ordered from them either if I had known this information. I’ve had no dispatch note. And I understand it’s been Xmas in between but I’ve got my own business and there’s been plenty of opportunity for postage
