Ordered a car seat on 18th January, it’s now 4th February.It was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days. It’s now been 17 days & 4 emails later!They responded to two emails, the 2nd one saying there was a delay & should get it in the next few days (that was over a week ago) I’ve since sent another two emails saying URGENT & they are now ignoring me!!!!!How do I get my car seat or refund? Absolutely shocking customer service AVOID AVOID AVOID
