Ordered a changing bag on the 20th of January, have order number and yet no further update since then, so i decided to contact the company, she took my order number on the phone then proceeded to place me on hold to investigate further…but instead then cut me off, so i rang back a further 5 times….and the company ignored every phone call! so now i have to try and chase a refund that i doubt im going to get, also charged almost £6 for delivery? disgusting company and will never use again.
