One of the worst customer experiences…

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve hadI purchased a car seat for my child at the start of the year, after she grew too big for her seat. I was given an initial 7-10 days turnaround for delivery, after 7 days I emailed to check as I hadn’t received a dispatch note, I was informed of delays and I expressed the urgency in my needing a car seat for my child. It’s now 3 weeks and I am still yet to receive my item. I have emailed customer services to request updates and have received little to no response. I received one response of them suggesting an alternative which may still be in stock. I am yet to receive an update despite accepting this 10 days ago. I purchased an item which on the website clearly stated the product was in stock, allowed me to purchase this and wait the described turnaround time. I fail to understand why I am waiting for a response and I am the one having to chase, I have received no proactive response from this company. I am appall
