We ordered a lot of things including cot and travel system/push chair through them at the recent babyshow in London. We asked multiple times for delivery times there and were assured by multiple people that, if the items were in stock (which we were assured they were) they could be delivered easily within 3 weeks.Now it's been 2.5wks since the babyshow and when asking for an ETA, we're getting vague responses. We were also told we were given false information at the show and that all items will be 3-6wks delivery time FROM WHEN ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. After 2wks, our order has still not been processed. Cancellation will now result in a 20% fee.I am so disappointed and angry at this process and being given false information at the babyshow multiple times. What a way to treat patents-to-be with a due date in mind just to make money. No idea if we'll receive any of our items in time now, not the stress you need 6 wks before your due date. We could have easily ordered online, somewhere else.I will never order through babyplanet again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the future.
