BabyPlanet were thoroughly disinterested in the fact they had sold me a broken product and were adamant to charge me to send it back. They 'made it slot in' to prove it wasn't a bad product but after using this product, I know this wouldn't have been possible without using a lot of force and likely damaging to the product in the long-term. Would give them as a retailer zero stars if I could!
