Bought a high chair, received it without the instructions manual, screws and the snack table overlay was cracked, called up and was advised to provide images, lot number, address etc via email. After sending all of this, I was sent a one line response telling me to contact the manufacturer should I want a quicker delivery, no reference number was given to quicken the process so I had to start the process all over again. What should have happened, is a reference should have been provided so when I contacted the manufacturer, I wouldn't have to start from the beginning, better yet they could've spoken to the manufacturer and organised it with them to send it to me directly.
