They falsely advertised that the travel cot came with sheets, but it didn't. To make things right, they agreed to send me the sheets. However, they sent the wrong size. They then said they would dispatch the correct sheets the next day, but then didn't respond to my emails for 3 days. Finally they responded to say the sheets wouldn't be dispatched until the following week. Horrible customer service, specifically Sharn and Melissa. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
