0 stars if I could. Didn't receive my item after 5 days despite the shipping info saying 1-3 working days. Contacted baby planet by phone and email informing them I'd not received the item and tracking information hadn't been updated for several days. Was told it was on the way and to wait even though it had been 5+ working days. At the time was happy to wait as I'd be reassured the tracking information was up to date and the package was at the depot. Another few days passed...Contacted Yodel who informed me the parcel was lost. They told me to contact the retailer so back and fourth contacting baby planet who insisted on contacting yodel themselves even though I'd provided evidence (forwarded yodels email telling me a search had been done and parcel was lost) of me speaking to Yodel and them confirming the package was lost. Waited another 4 days, poor communication I had to initiate updates myself every time.Finally, when they'd decided the courier had lost it, I was made to fill in a form so that I could receive a replacement? Why not just send one out when you can see it's lost via the tracking info on the courier website but also once the courier has confirmed it as being lost?A company selling baby items and I've had to take time out of my days chasing this up, filling in a form etc when it's pretty clear the item is lost and not in my possession. Not ideal for busy mums. I've waited since 30/8 (when I placed my order), now 16/9 and STILL no item! I actually am considering is this a legitimate company? Nothing in return for the inconvenience either, a replacement bring sent out over 12 days since I informed them it was missing. No discount, no money off next order, no partial refund.
