THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I brought a travel system from this company at a baby show for the best part of £2000. I hadn’t realised I wasn’t buying straight from the main retailer (silver cross) as they had mad their stand look like they was silver cross. Even when purchasing there was no sign of them being a different company, until we checked out online banking. I wanted silver cross as I had heard all good things about their customer services and on going help once you e purchased a pram. My pram frame is unfortunately faulty and gets stuck up, unable to fold it back down (these things happen). I tried to get it fixed but as I brought it from baby planet everything has to go through them. After some very long winded back and fourth they told me I had to find a way to box it (very difficult) and they would arrange collection, so I did. I then had no contact with them and whilst I was out of the country was left a courier note saying I’d missed a delivery? I drove 35 mins to collect my unknow parcel and it was my pram, folded down so I assumed fixed… unfortunately not. Just folded down and sent back to me still broken. By this time Iv had to purchase a new pram for my nearly 1 year old. I arrange again for my pram to be collected and the delivery driver is unable to take it as baby planet haven’t sent out the returns label for him to attach. I called them, rather unhappy as I’d taken a day off to sit home and wait for it to be collected and the lady on the phone told me she would call the parcel company and personally call me right back. That was 3 days ago and Iv not been able to get in contact with them since. I am currently sat on hold as ‘number 1’ in their queue and have been for 1hour and 15 minuets (so far) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If only they was all as helpful as the sales man adding on all the extras when I was trying to buy the pushchair
