DO NOT USE!!! Ordered a car seat at a baby show, expecting delivery in 7 - 10 working days. 3 weeks later, car seat has not arrived with no update from baby planet. When contacted, customer services just say they are awaiting delivery from the manufacturer and will then be able to organise delivery but with no commitment to a specific timeframe. The minor saving of ordering through Babyplanet at the baby show is not worth the stress and uncertainty.
