Very disappointing with service. I ordered a lampshade and it was delivery lead time 4weeks. After two weeks I receive a text requesting a further £5 delivery to Northern Ireland, I had already paid £4.95. See their email below. I would add I was never getting this item on a free delivery basis!!Thank you for placing your order with us online, however it seems like you've made a purchase outside our free delivery region.Unfortunately, there is a further delivery charge of £5.00 for parcels being delivered to your postcode (this information is available to view under our delivery T&Cs before purchasing. Disgusted and thankfully no issue obtaining a refund.
