Where do i start?My daughters birthday was coming up in March so we decided to order her a trike. I found a lovely Kinderkraft trike online with 2 - 3 days delivery. I ordered 8 days before my daughters birthday. Anyway 7 days and still no trike. I call and eventually get through to online customer service. The lady states she will call kinderkraft and chase as it comes direct from then. She comes back to me and says i will definitely have it friday- another 2 days! Qnyway Friday lunchtime comes and goes and still nothing so i call back. I get told she will chase it again and call me back. Anyway 2.5 hrs and ive heard nothing so i try calling again but now their phone lines qre closed- although online its says 1700hrs. I then receive and email- the trike isnt coming so what did i want to do about my order. Ive tried 3 times yesterday to get hold of customer service and no one answered or i got cut off. Ive just received and email to say they can fully refund me or , send me a different one but there is nothing to compensate the fact ive had to spend ages on the phone chasing and my daughter didnt have her birthday present. The customer service is really disgraceful for online orders. Its a real shame that they arent customer focused.
