Purchased items from this company, one was missing an item. Called 4 days later to request and was told they would arrange delivery. Chased the next week and was told this doesn’t come with the item. Now waiting for them to provide again in doubt that they will.Also purchased a car seat but after issues with the above changed my mind. Terms on the website state refund if you change your mind within 30 days but they said the manager said no refunds after 7 and I have to accept a credit. They now say they are refunding me but not holding my breath.I will be making a formal complaint.Would honestly avoid you don’t need the stress especially when pregnant. Terrible company!
