Total waste of time. I ordered a £400 car seat which I needed asap for my little one. Chased my order for 4 weeks, was promised at one point that it would be delivered the following week and eventually told it wasn’t in stock and would have to wait another 4 weeks for it to come into stock. Requested a refund and over a week later, it still wasn’t actioned. I wouldn’t touch this company again with a barge pole.
