Ordered a bike for my daughter 3 weeks before her birthday with the promise of delivery within 5 working days of the order date. Phoned after this time frame was missed and was told the bike would be with us in a few days and we would get updates. Another week passed and birthday now 1 week away, we have phoned again and told that the bike would arrive on Friday (2 days before the birthday). It is now Friday late afternoon, we still have no bike, no updates and have been caller number 1 in the queue for over an hour with no answer. So my daughter will not be receiving her main birthday present on her birthday. Horrible company, please do not use themm
