I bought a Silver Cross Pioneer bundle online in May 2022 - after seeing a fantastic deal on Emma’s Diary I thought I just couldn’t miss, I didn’t read the reviews on here before buying, I just assumed everything would be fine. I panicked somewhat when I read the reviews on here so I’m almost glad I didn’t read them before buying. On the website I was told to get in touch if after 5 working days I hadn’t received a delivery date. I got in touch and I was given a delivery date and tracking details. The bundle arrived on 25th May but the adapter to connect the car seat to the pushchair were nowhere to be seen. I’d been careful when unpacking so I know these haven’t been mistakenly thrown away or misplaced. I got in touch with the sales team and the said they would arrange for the missing adapters to be sent. I did need to chase this several times - they explained they had to request the manufacturers (Silver Cross) directly. It’s now 7th July and I have received all parts of the bundle and overall I have been happy with the service, the sales team always reply in a timely manner when I have been in contact they are polite. I would buy from again!
