Absolutely horrific company avoid at all costs. Ordered 2x items at a baby show ago spent 2.5k and received no confirmation emails or anything. Rang up to chase my order could never get through, eventually spoke to someone who gave the email excuses noted in all the below reviews and they would get it sent out by the end of the week. One of my items gets delivered, I ring again to chase second item and they tell me they lost my order form and don’t know what happened 🙄. Stupidly as these were ordered through baby show I placed an online order on 17.07 which should have been delivered in 3 days, I still don’t have it. Can never get through on the phone when I did last Friday spoke to latifah who was unhelpful and rude, she guaranteed she would call me back same day to resolve and she still hasn’t. I am still on hold hours later today and no closer to a resolution, disgusting company do not use.
