Ordered a compact stroller on 8th July. Fair enough it was pre-order for delivery approx 23rd July. That day came and went no email at all with any update so I sent an email to the customer services address. No reply. Called up and was told that that stroller was discontinued and I would be sent a refund and cancellation email. No email and no refund issues but had to reorder the stroller somewhere else to ensure it’s here for holiday. Poor customer service phone line hours and can be in a queue for 90 minutes+
