I bought an iCandy peach bundle and opted for the standard free shipping. The order was shipped within 24 hours by DPD which gave me confidence that I would receive the order on the date and time stated. The order was placed on 9/5, shipped on 10/5 and received on 11/5/22 in 3 large boxes, one iCandy box and all accessories where in the two large brown boxes but packaged in their original smaller iCandy boxes inside the two large boxes. All boxes and items were in perfect condition.Pram was not the easiest to assemble and manual was not easy to follow but this is an iCandy problem. Very happy with the service and love my pram and have placed another order. Can’t wait for baby to arrive ☺️
