Attended Derby store, received amazing service from Susan. Susan went through all the features of the mamas and papas occarro, demonstrated how to use them. Nothing felt like a silly question and the service was personalised to my needs. Would recommend put having from this store. Amazing thing was they could store the travel system until I was ready to collect/ deliver. 5 star service indeed. Eve.
