Ordered an item with 7-10 day delivery. Paid more than other placesbecause they had it in stock and couldn't wait. 4 weeks have passed. Tried ringing a dozen times. Sometimes over 2 hours on hold and randomly get cut off.Tried emailing but get an Auto email reply saying they are short staffed.If this is true they shouldn't be taking your money and limit online sales.Without these pram adapters we cannot go out for walks so have been house bound for a month...
