If I could leave 0 stars I would.I ordered a car seat and base which should have arrived within 10 working days maximum.2 weeks went by and I'd still not had so much as a dispatch email. When I tried to contact customer service via telephone for the first time, I was on hold for 2 hours and still 9th in line to speak to an operator before I hung up to get on with my day.The second time I phoned, I was on hold for 3 hours before the line cut out. When I tried to phone back, there was an automated message saying that the department was now shut due to the baby show.I've since sent multiple emails requesting a refund and have been told twice that it would be actioned within 24 hours and I'd receive an email confirmation.My refund has still not been actioned. This has now been ongoing for 4 weeks.Customer service is absolutely appalling and I would never recommend anybody to shop from this website.
