***Avoid***I ordered a chicco 4in1 on November 15th which at the time had an delivery time of 2/4 days which was ideal.November 29th we were told via email our items had arrived and were due to be delivered on the 6th of december, which wasn't what we were told originally but put it down to the time of year/covid/delays and weren't overly concerned. The 6th of december had came and gone, therefore we emailed about the item, to be told it'll be the 13th. Guess what... Nothing came!Someone emailed to say the item has been delayed to week beginging 10th of January due to manufacturing issues, normally I'd buy this excuse but after being told our item HAD ARRIVED AND WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED THE 6TH OF DECEMBER, I knew then I was being lied to!Anyways on the 9th of January, I facebooked them for quickness after failed phone calls to ask which day it was coming as I cant just sit in all week waiting. To then be told unfortunately they haven't got them in yet due to chicco not sending enough to cover there orders.. Again probabaly either a lie or trying to fob me off. At this point im livid as not only is it delayed for the 4th time but no one bothers to contact you to tell you!I was told they are hopeful for next week, for the item to be delivered to myself. The week had been and gone. I emailed them on sunday along with a Facebook and Instagram message to ask where my order was and again the blame was shifted to chicco and was told unfortunately they will have to cancel my order as they cant keep up with orders and refund me. That was monday. Todays Wednesday no refund as of yet and doubt it I'll get it easy!They got caught out numours times lying to both me and my partner that it was laughable.The customer service is absolutely disgusting, you spend hundreds with them to not even be eligible for an email back!Worst company ever.To delay a product 2/3 months, to then cancel it and yet the put the blame onto the manufacturer when there they ones selling it on their website with zero warning when people are due babies and dont have all the time in the world. To be forced to sorce an alternative so close to my due date and £200 down is an absolute disgrace.Company is needing to get done for the amount of scamming I've now seen them get away with after looking deeply into them, if only I had before ordering!From now on I will stick to the go to companies for any purchase as yes you might have to pay a little more but least you dont have to suffer months of stress anxiety and left without item or money in your bank!
