We attended the baby show in November which was great, and ended up spending over £800 with baby planet. A rather rude lady called to tell us our items would be delivered in December (even though we'd specifically requested delivery after Christmas at the show). We said no problem though and made space for everything. Once delivered one of the parcels was open and the item was damaged so we rejected delivery, these things happen though. Once looking through everything though we realised our cot was missing (very large item to go missing!) I contacted baby planet and they explained this was never attempted and they will get delivery rearranged. I had to chase up the damaged item multiple times since and still waiting for this to be dispatched again! Absolute waste of time, may as well wait for sales on the original websites!
