I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order, but the money was deducted from my account right away. I ordered snow boots for my toddler for a post-Christmas trip, relying on their promised delivery time of 3-8 working days to have them before the holiday. I reached out twice via email to check if my order had been processed or shipped. Since the boots would be useless after Christmas, I requested to cancel the order if it hadn’t been sent yet, but I still haven’t heard back. I see that customer service responds here, but not to emails, which is why I’m leaving this review. Could someone please get back to me? Extremely disappointing service.
