waited very long for my order just to receive an email that they sent it to a different country by a mistake and instead of sending it to me again they just refund it. horrible customer service.
This service is incredibly untrustworthy. I ordered $65 worth of hats online (I live in PA, USA), completed the checkout process, and then UPS informed me they were charging $170 for delivery. I refused the shipment, as I couldn’t afford to pay $170 for $65 worth of hats. UPS said it would be sent back to the sender. Now, the seller is telling me they will impose a $90 fee for "administrative logistics" due to the refused shipment, and that my refund will take a long time because "returns come in bulk and need to be reviewed". I am extremely frustrated not only for not receiving my order, but also for being charged these fees. I expressed that they should clearly disclose any additional tariffs and fees during checkout instead of hiding them in fine print where customers are unlikely to see them before making a purchase.
The items provided are of very poor quality. The cost of return shipping is prohibitively high, making it discouraging to send anything back. Customer service response times are around three days, significantly slower than other retailers. Instead of processing returns, they prefer to offer discounts on unsatisfactory products. One of my cases was closed without any resolution.
I’ve come across another children’s shop, and I can’t help but wonder if many negative reviews are misdirected. Initially, I hesitated to shop online due to these comments, especially since they don’t accept PayPal. However, after placing three orders, I’m thrilled with my experience. Their prices are highly competitive, all products are genuine, and I receive my orders remarkably fast, even internationally. The customer service has also been commendable, consistently responding within a couple of days. Thank you for a great experience!
There’s another children’s shop that seems to be receiving some negative feedback, and I’m beginning to think those reviews might not be for the right company. I was apprehensive about ordering from the online store after reading those comments, especially since they don’t provide PayPal as a payment option. However, after making three purchases, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable, all items are authentic, and I receive my orders very quickly, even internationally. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order, but the money was deducted from my account right away. I ordered snow boots for my toddler for a post-Christmas trip, relying on their promised delivery time of 3-8 working days to have them before the holiday. I reached out twice via email to check if my order had been processed or shipped. Since the boots would be useless after Christmas, I requested to cancel the order if it hadn’t been sent yet, but I still haven’t heard back. I see that customer service responds here, but not to emails, which is why I’m leaving this review. Could someone please get back to me? Extremely disappointing service.
I ordered a baby nest and didn’t receive any tracking information for several days. After reading numerous negative reviews, I decided I didn’t want to proceed with the order and requested a refund before the product was dispatched. I didn’t get a response until after they shipped the item, and I was told they couldn’t process a refund due to a 'system glitch,' but I could return the item. Very disappointing customer service and a violation of consumer rights.
I am appalled by the lack of transparency regarding fees. I received an email from a delivery service about additional charges of £29 two days after placing my order. If you don’t pay, you face a £50 charge. This is completely unacceptable. It’s clear why there are no positive reviews on the website.
