I ordered a doll from Babystore (order No. 387073), but I received the wrong item. I returned the product according to the store’s instructions almost 2 months ago, but I have still not received my refund of 56.84 €.I have contacted customer service multiple times but received no response, which is very disappointing. According to EU consumer rules, refunds should be processed promptly after a return.I expect the full refund to be issued immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I hope Babystore will resolve this matter quickly after this review.
