This is absolutely a scam! I placed an order on 05.03, have bank statement for money going out for the exact amount but what i did not receive was a confirmation of said order. What i most definitely have not received was the order itself! The order number #393960 i even asked about but noone bothered to answer because there is no intention to send out anything. Refund my money if there's no product! What the hell!

Refund for wrong item – Order 387073 still pending

I ordered a doll from Babystore (order No. 387073), but I received the wrong item. I returned the product according to the store’s instructions almost 2 months ago, but I have still not received my refund of 56.84 €.I have contacted customer service multiple times but received no response, which is very disappointing. According to EU consumer rules, refunds should be processed promptly after a return.I expect the full refund to be issued immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I hope Babystore will resolve this matter quickly after this review.

I ordered products that are not in stock

I ordered products that are not really available in stock. We agreed with local (Tallinn) support consultant on a refund that I should receive within 14 business days. 14 business days passed - no money back! This online shop should be closed as it is not providing promised “customer service” and selling products that are not really available. Items they are “selling” online are mostly fake. They were mentioned in November 2024 in postimees.ee article, Google if you want to know more.

Display of non-existing product

The user displayed good (baby scooter) it does not have on the website. I contacted that phone after I have already made payment for the product, but the contacted person told me the product is not available, promised to send me an email to let me know the available brand. After waiting from some time, I called her again, but she ended the call impolitely asking me to send an email to them instead.
