I bought a product that was listed as being in stock. As soon as I placed the order, I received an email apologizing that the product was not available, and they offered me another item, which was of much worse quality. I asked for a refund, and they said they would return the money within 14 days. Today is already the 16th day, and I still haven’t received my money back. I write them emails, but I don’t get any reply. I don’t understand how it’s still possible to behave like this in the 21st century.
