I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store. It is very likely that scammers work here and we were deceived. We paid for a baby's wooden changing table back on November 28. To this day, we have neither it nor the money returned. Every time we call (if they pick up the phone at all) - there are promises that they will transfer money within the next 1-2 days, that the banking system is down, etc. There is also no response to emails, messages. I am shocked that such frauds are happening these days, under the guise of selling baby and children's things... My order number: 386703
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I also received a reply that the item was not it stock. I then cancelled my order but DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND. After 14 days had passed I resent them my bank account details but STILL NO REFUND, only promises. Near impossible to contact them. Order nr 379467.
I bought a product that was listed as being in stock. As soon as I placed the order, I received an email apologizing that the product was not available, and they offered me another item, which was of much worse quality. I asked for a refund, and they said they would return the money within 14 days. Today is already the 16th day, and I still haven’t received my money back. I write them emails, but I don’t get any reply. I don’t understand how it’s still possible to behave like this in the 21st century.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE - it is not trustworthy!!!In June 2025, I ordered a lot of things - for about 450 euros, the things arrived in July and surprise, instead of my ordered things, they sent me "replacements" because my ordered ones ran out, as they said. I mean, they sent me quite a few things without my confirmation...I've been writing to them since August, but THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!! (approx. 300 euros)...thieves - I will contact the court and all the institutions, which of course will cost them a lot more!...my order #374077...but no such attitude yet!
I’ve ordered from Babystore a couple of times now and always had a good experience. They have a really nice selection of baby products, and everything I’ve bought has been great quality. My orders arrived quickly and were well packaged. Customer service was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. Overall, super happy and will definitely shop here again!
They are not refunding anything.... 6 weeks have passed and I have not got my money back.I am calling them 5 times a day and sometimes they calling back and just giving empty promises. It is almost 150 EURO.THEY RUINED MY SON'S birthday cause we need to order something else and was not here in time. I needed to contact uropean Consumer Centres Network. And I have promised to myself, that I will do a review every day at every avaible place.
