The last order is just a nightmare. The delivery was twice!!! sent to the wrong address and both times we should waited till the wrong reciever send the items back and also initiated the investigation by post. With 3rd attempt (1.5 month later) we recieved our order. Due to the bad quality of 1 item (out 3) was sent back with an appropriate label.Result: All of a sudden we received a 3rd!!! notification of due payment from the 1st delivery sent to wrong address. We had minimum 20 calls to Babywalz and the issue is still not solved and we can't receive a final correct invoice and also we can't get a confirmation, that wrong invoicing would land to debt collection office. Never in my life i had such an experience. It cost us so much time.
