I ordered a chair for baby, and I received an other item 5 days later. Impossible to send a complaint from them website online form. An error message appear every time. So I send an e-mail and after 24 hour I haven't received any answer yet. I am a bit disappoint for this first order. Prices are good, delivery time was acceptable, but the complaint and return services are not quick and easy. I hope that my issue will be solve in less than one week.
